Our challenge was to effectively communicate the benefits of this groundbreaking product to both Dulux Trade and DDC customers. 
To achieve this, we embarked on a comprehensive marketing campaign utilising various channels, including engaging emails, captivating social media videos, and eye-catching static posts. Through these targeted communications, we aimed to educate our customers about the remarkable features and advantages of Dulux Trade Scuffshield. To elevate the excitement surrounding the launch, we devised an interactive game called 'Connect to Protect' on Drimify. This engaging experience offered participants the opportunity to win an Apple iPad® and a systainer filled with essential decorator supplies. By incorporating gamification into the campaign, we not only increased brand awareness but also fostered a sense of fun and excitement among our audience. The strategic combination of informative emails, compelling social media content, and an interactive game allowed us to effectively convey the unique selling points of Dulux Trade Scuffshield. We successfully engaged our customers, highlighting the product's unrivalled scuff performance and its ability to withstand the demands of high-traffic areas.
