Welcome Cottages

Welcome Cottages takes great care of its cottage owners, providing them with a comprehensive welcome pack once they decide to rent their cottage and join the Welcome Cottages family. However, the existing welcome pack was in need of a refresh, as it featured outdated branding from 'cottages4you', a trading name of Wyndham Vacation Rentals,  of which Welcome Cottages is a part. Thus, a new and distinct welcome pack specifically tailored for Welcome Cottages' new owners was required. The challenge at hand was to consolidate the multitude of inserts and booklets of various sizes found in the existing pack into a streamlined format that would neatly fit inside an A4 folder. The goal was to create a structured, clear, and user-friendly 16-page booklet that not only conveyed essential information but also served as a valuable resource for new owners, allowing them to store additional Welcome Cottages documentation within the same folder. Through careful design and thoughtful organisation, the result was a professionally presented welcome pack that left a lasting impression.  The 16-page booklet was thoughtfully crafted to provide owners with a wealth of informative content, presented in a concise and easily digestible manner. By utilising an A4 folder, the pack offered a practical and convenient storage solution for owners to keep all their Welcome Cottages materials neatly organised. This revamped welcome pack embodies Welcome Cottages' commitment to delivering a superior owner experience. It ensures that new owners  not only receive vital information but also feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Welcome Cottages. The updated welcome pack represents a significant step forward in aligning the branding and messaging with the Welcome Cottages identity, fostering a sense of trust and cohesion between the company and its cottage owners.
